COR LUXURY offers premium genuine leather, faux leather, suede and other materials handbags, accessories designed to embody affordable luxury.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions or artisanal manufacturing processes.
All products are subject to availability.
- Orders & Contract Formation
All orders placed via our Site are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per order or per customer.
- Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.
Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers such as Dojo PaymentSense, Stripe, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment details.

- Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery within the UK and internationally.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, redelivery may incur additional charges.

a) Overview
At Expedite Projects Ltd, trading as COR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you can return your item for a refund or exchange in line with this policy and your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
b) Eligibility for Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- This policy applies to all standard items. (We do not currently sell personalised or custom-made products.)
c) How to Return an Item
- Email support@corluxury.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Package your item securely and send it using a tracked postal service.
- Once received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email.
d) Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
- You will receive confirmation once your refund is complete.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
e) Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@corluxury.com.
- We may request photos of the issue to speed up processing.
- You can choose a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
f) Exchanges
- Contact us first if you wish to exchange an item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require additional payment or refund adjustments if item prices differ.
g) International Returns
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
- We recommend using an insured, tracked courier service.
- Customs charges incurred on returns will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

- Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
